At Dema Hotels International we take our responsibility regarding your privacy, very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service.
Reservations
Reservations made through Dema Hotels International web pages never need to be prepaid. Credit cards are requested to make sure the guest will show up after making reservations. Credit card details are forwarded to the reserved hotels who will never charge the credit card before arrival, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation Email.
Credit card guarantee
When making a reservation Dema Hotels International requires credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "HTTPS" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe.
Cancellation
Dema Hotels International cancellation conditions are 1 night charge if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival. After the cancellation a written confirmation (Email from Dema Hotels International) must be received to confirm your cancellation, otherwise the cancellation is not valid. If such an Email cancellation confirmation has not been received within 24 hours after cancelling (except during weekends and holidays), please send immediately a cancellation message through normal mail to reservations@demahotels.be or give us a call during the Belgian office hours at 32 3 222 90 90
